PRICE INCREASE - Skullcrafts will be increasing the prices of basing kits in May, 2008. Increased material and supplier shipping costs has forced us into increasing the prices of the kits. UPDATE 02.03.2008 - Hirst Arts casts now available through the Skullcrafts Online Store. We do not currently offer every mold to cast from but there is certainly enough of a selection to fit most fantasy based project needs. We will be adding new molds over the next several months. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to make them on the forums or directly email me. We will also be updating the store with Hirst Arts scratch building kits and pre-made & pre-painted pieces. |

NEWS 01.25.2008 - HIRST ARTS lists Skullcrafts as a fully licensed seller of Hirst Arts casts, kits, and assembled & painted pieces. Our agreement with Hirst Arts allows us to legally sell cast blocks from any Hirst Arts mold, building kits, and even fully assembled and painted pieces. We are proud to be a part of the Hirst Arts community and hope to be a part of it's growth. Skullcrafts will soon be offering HA casting/kits/assembled services, here are a few ways how we will present it: We will only be using gray Merlins Magic to cast blocks. Merlins Magic is reputed to be the absolute best hobby plaster for the Hirst Arts molds. We will only use the gray die stone because it's the most common color used to represent walls and buildings. Merlins Magic also seems to offer the best material to reduce air bubbles or eliminate them entirely. Great care will go into each and every cast to make sure that all blocks are cast in the same way, each time. No short blocks, no defects and no miscasts. |

NEWS 01.24.2008 - TABLETOP GAMING NEWS announces Introduction of Skullcrafts by James O'Brien (that's me). TGN member CCotD writes: "The tutorials alone are worth a visit to the site. (Yea I know every one offers tutorials, but I like how these are layed out and presented.)". TGN member Cadfan (also a member of Skullcrafts forums) writes: "The tutorials have me really intrigued. I was very impressed by the medium tutorial, and Id really like to see what he can do for the advanced.". I would like to extend my thanks to the editor of TGN, Mr. Zac Belado, for his interests in a small company dedicated to helping the hobby. |

NEWS 12.30.2007 - It has been brought to my attention that we have a new REVIEW from Armorama, written by Rudi Richardson (screen name Tarok). Please show your support by rating and/or commenting on the review. Note: In the discussion currently going on, it has been mentioned that Armorama members may receive a discount on Skullcrafts orders. This has not been established nor has any representative of Armorama contacted me. That doesn't mean I won't offer discounts to members in the future though. Reported by our board moderator Skullcrafts (thank you!). |
